Welcome to Edinburg Porta Potty Rentals. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreement

By renting from us, you agree to use the porta potties responsibly and in accordance with our guidelines.

The rental period is specified in the contract. Extensions are possible upon request and subject to availability.

Payment is due at the time of rental. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to avoid charges.

We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse of our porta potties.

Regular maintenance is included in the rental agreement. Contact us immediately if service is required.

We handle delivery and setup. Please ensure access to the site is clear and unobstructed.

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or payment is not received.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
